Fragrance Care Questions


Does the fragrance last?

Our perfumes are created with the highest concentration of skillfully sourced oils to ensure it's longevity, however, please keep in mind that all perfumes react differently according to our individual skin's pH levels which then therefore can also affect the perfume's longevity.


Where should I apply my fragrance?

We recommend applying your perfume to your pulse points. These are your wrists and neck.


Applying the fragrance directly to the skin instead of your clothing allows the fragrance to blend with your own body's chemistry as the scent is also being diffused by the warmth of your body.  This also helps avoid possibly staining your clothing due to the oils and/or fragrance dyes that may be included in any perfume. Do not rub the perfume on skin or rub your wrists together, as this will alter how the fragrance develops, just simply spray and let the sweet air settle it on your skin.


P.S We also recommend spraying the back of your neck which allows you to leave a scent trail. This is the kind of scent that you smell when someone passes you by and leaves you captivated. What is the shelf life of Savuxè Fragrances?

Generally perfumes has a life of 2-5 years, as long as it is kept away from damaging elements such as UV light and heat.  Never leave your perfume in a car.


Where should I store my Savuxè fragrance?

Storing your perfume at a proper place will help ensure its shelf life.  The ideal place for perfumes is a cool, dry, dark area.  Some people go so far as to storing their perfume in the fridge for longevity but we at Savuxe are confident that you will not have to go that far, because you  will be using up your perfumes much sooner than you think so you won't have to wait that long!  And, we can't wait to see you back ordering for your next bottle!

Can I obtain assistance for ordering online?

Yes, absolutely! Feel free to email us your concern and we'll be happy to get back to you within 48 hours.

We, at Savuxè, a family brand, understands that a lot of times it is easier to communicate by phone rather than email so we welcome you to drop your line to our email and we will give you a call, also within 48 hours.


Can I order over the phone?

We are glad to assist any questions that you may have over the phone and email but unfortunately, we cannot process any orders by email or by phone.

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.



Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

We cannot make any changes to your order once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered". To make changes to your order, please reach out to costumer support.



Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the United States


How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Once your order is fulfilled, the shipping method you selected will be applied.

Do you keep any of my personal information?

Your personal information including name, email address, billing and delivery address when applicable is securely stored in our e-commerce database with the same SSL 128-bit encryption. This information is available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop with us. Credit card information is only saved upon your request.






Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase or delivery that are unopened, unused and have not been tampered with. Products that are damaged, used, marked, modified, or not returned in the original packaging and sealed cannot be returned. Please note that seal must be intact to be eligible for return.  If the product is damaged you may contact us.


Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any exchanges, if the product is damaged or lost you may contact us.
