 Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely at checkout.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and Affirm.
Payment is required upfront before any order is shipped.
By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Orders may be canceled if payment is declined or flagged for fraud prevention.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided that:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

Opened or used perfumes

Products not in original packaging

Items purchased on final sale

To initiate a return, contact contact@savuxe.com within the 7-day window.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.
All perfume products are shipped via ground shipping due to carrier regulations.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location.

Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.
After that period, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at contact@savuxe.com within 5 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
