Are MystiBox products random?
No. Each item is listed individually in our shop with full details and images.

We curate items based on popularity, uniqueness, and craftsmanship, not luck.

Can I return a MystiBox item?
MystiBox items are final sale unless unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of our limited inventory, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.

 

 

Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are not available due to limited quantities.

 

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact@savuxe.com with your order number

and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
